Jackie Gillespie has been serving the Lord in various capacities for over 40 years. For ten of those years, she sang alongside her sister, Julie, in the Gospel group Sparrow while actively participating in church ministry. She has served as a music director for both adult and children's choirs and is a nationally recognized Children's and Vacation Bible School Director. Additionally, she is a sought-after women’s speaker, sharing her faith and experiences at conferences and church events.

Dedicated to using all the talents God has given her, Jackie presents chalk art demonstrations accompanied by unique musical and vocal performances in churches nationwide, sharing the Gospel through this distinctive art form. Together with her husband, Richard, she was called to the bi-vocational ministry of Sparrow Ministries. They are current members of The Fellowship of Christian Chalk Artists and contributing writers for Children's Ministry Today, Chalk, and Amazed magazines.
